How do I make a booking?
What happens on the day?
We will arrive at the party venue approximately 1 hour prior to your party. The inflatable will be installed, cleaned and safety checked. We will also take you through the safety procedures and supervision requirements.
How long does it take to set up the inflatable?
It takes about 30 – 45 minutes to set up and the same to dismantle. This time may vary depending on your inflatable selection, access to premises and condition of the ground where inflatable is to be deployed.
Please consider access to the proposed site e.g. steps, doorways, gates and slopes.
What happens if it’s raining on the day?
Nobody wants a party in the rain! It is not safe for kids and adults to be jumping on a slippery surface. If bad weather is forecasted (rain, thunderstorms or high winds) on the morning of your event we will give you a call or you can give us a call to determine whether set up is viable.
If it is decided that the booking should be cancelled due to bad weather and safety concerns we are happy to work with you to reschedule your party.
Payments and Deposits?
The standard method of payment is to pay cash on delivery. EFT to our bank account is also acceptable however this must be done prior to the day.
How much space do I require?
Each of our inflatable’s require 1 metre clearance on each side from any hazards. It should be free from overhead tree branches or other obstructions.
Do the inflatable’s need to be set up on grass?
No, but please advise us at time of booking if any part of the inflatable will be on a surface other than grass. We can install our inflatables on any hard surface using weights.
Does someone need to supervise the inflatables?
Yes, a responsible adult over 18years of age must supervise the inflatable at all times. Training will be given upon setting up the inflatable and information can be read on the rental agreement on the day of the hire. You can also hire one of our trained supervisors
If you are having your inflatable in a public place you may wish to hire one of our qualified supervisors to attend the function.
Our team of professionally trained supervisors can even attend your backyard party to allow the adults to fully enjoy the event without the need to supervise the kids.

Do I need access to power?
We require access to normal mains power outlet within 25m – 30m from site of installation for entire usage time.
We do not allow use of double adaptors, power boards or customer cords.
However if power is not available we do have a generator available for an additional cost. Please contact us for pricing.
Do you have insurance?
We carry $20,000,000 Public Liability insurance. Please let us know if you require a copy of our Certificate of Currency.
What is a half day and full day hire?
A half day hire is 4 hours and full day is 7 hours. Please let us know if you would like a customised hire as we are happy to work with you to accommodate your needs.
Cleaning and Damage fee?
Customers are responsible for any damage to the inflatable caused by misuse or negligence and damage charges apply for the cost of repairs. Our Inflatable’s are cleaned before and after every use. Customers must check that the inflatable is in a clean state prior to pick up. A $50.00 cleaning fee applies if the inflatable needs to be additionally cleaned after your hire.
What are the basic guidelines to avoid damage or staining the inflatable?
Avoid bringing anything into the inflatable that may cause damage or mess. The main things are shoes, sharp objects, streamers, silly string, and children with face painting, food and drink.
All of these things will damage the inflatable in some way (Staining or tearing the vinyl) Please be very careful as you will be charged for the cost of any repairs
What areas do you travel to?
We offer free delivery within a 40km radius from Aldinga Beach. We are more than willing to travel outside of these areas however a delivery fee may be incurred. Please contact us for a personalised quote
